Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock verification. Delivery areas, charges and estimated timelines will be shown or communicated before order confirmation.
Customers must provide a complete address and reachable mobile number. Delays caused by incorrect details, courier disruption, force majeure or delivery restrictions may be outside Saonuva's control.
Transit damage, incorrect products or missing items should be reported promptly with photographs, packaging and order details. Do not discard packaging until the issue is reviewed.
GSTIN and FSSAI registration/licence applications are in process. Regulated products will be offered only in accordance with applicable approvals and legal requirements.
