Pass: 80/100 overall and at least 8/10 designated safety and referral questions. Unanswered questions count as incorrect. No negative marking.

Retests require staff authorisation, a new verified payment and at least 72 hours after a failed attempt. Refreshing or changing sets does not reset the timer.
Certificate eligibility recognises foundation knowledge. This is not a trainer, dietitian or medical qualification, and the online assessment is not a proctored practical examination.
