A return request may be made within 7 calendar days of delivery only when the product is unopened, unused, sealed and in its original packaging with labels, batch details and proof of purchase intact.
Opened, used, partially consumed or unsealed nutrition and supplement products are ordinarily not returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. Incorrect, expired or transit-damaged products should be reported promptly with photographs and order details.
Equipment may be considered for replacement, repair or refund only where it is verified as faulty, non-working, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit. Original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, warranty documents and proof of purchase must be returned.
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, incorrect installation, accidental damage, voltage fluctuation, normal wear and tear or failure to follow instructions is excluded.
All returns are subject to inspection. Depending on the circumstances, Saonuva may offer replacement, missing-part supply, authorised repair, store credit or refund to the original payment method. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
