Trust & product transparency

Product & Retail Policy

This policy explains Saonuva's role when offering nutrition products, supplements and health or wellness equipment supplied by third parties.

1. Saonuva's role

Saonuva Aesthetics LLP acts as a retailer or ordering facilitator for selected products manufactured, packaged, imported or distributed by independent third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Saonuva is not the manufacturer, importer, testing laboratory, certifying authority or warranty service centre.

2. Manufacturer and importer responsibilities

Product formulation or design, manufacturing quality, technical specifications, label claims, statutory approvals, batch and expiry details, operating instructions, certifications, warranties, servicing and manufacturing defects remain the responsibility of the respective manufacturer, authorised importer, distributor or service provider, as applicable.

3. Saonuva's retail responsibilities

Saonuva does not exclude responsibilities that apply to it by law. Saonuva is responsible for accurately representing the information available to it, supplying the ordered product, checking visible packaging and expiry information where applicable, communicating available warranty or return information and assisting customers with legitimate complaints, replacement or service requests in accordance with applicable law and the stated return and refund policy.

4. Nutrition and supplement products

Food remains the foundation of nutrition. Supplements are not presented as substitutes for a balanced diet or qualified medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Customers should read the complete label, ingredients, allergens, serving directions, warnings, batch and expiry information before use.

Professional advice should be obtained where appropriate, particularly for children, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medication use, surgery, allergies or an existing medical condition. Product suitability varies by individual and is not guaranteed by catalogue placement or general wellness information.

5. Equipment

Equipment must be used only for its stated purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's manual, safety instructions, maintenance requirements and intended-user conditions. Saonuva does not independently certify medical accuracy, calibration or clinical suitability unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Where a product is classified as a medical device, its use, sale and distribution remain subject to the applicable regulatory requirements and manufacturer directions. Professional supervision may be required for some products.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Product images, category names, goal labels and descriptions are for identification and navigation. They do not amount to a diagnosis, prescription, endorsement of a guaranteed result or assurance that a product is suitable for every person.

7. Reporting a concern

Keep the invoice, packaging, batch or serial number and photographs of any visible issue. Contact Saonuva promptly at +91 98937 55337 or through the Grievance Redressal page. Saonuva will record the concern and coordinate with the relevant manufacturer, distributor or service provider where required.

Important: This policy defines roles and does not remove or limit any non-waivable consumer right or legal responsibility. Product-specific labels, manuals, warranty terms and applicable law will prevail where relevant.
